Due to the high risk of fraudulent payments & order scams over the internet, we reserve the right to refuse to ship any order. This has been a rare occurrence for us so far but it does happen! Any such orders will be immediately refunded to you & you will be notified via email.
All international orders may be subject to your own country's duties, taxes & customs clearances charges. We would love to be able to predict how much all these are but unfortunately, we're not able to do so as yet, and these charges must be strictly paid by the recipient.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES :
As a brand, we hope to always be able to delight you! However, things sometimes do not work out and we completely understand. If you need to submit a return or exchange of any products, please email us within 28 days of purchase & enclose your original receipt.
Refunds are made based on the original purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs or take responsibility for lost / damaged items.
Please understand that we cannot take returns nor offer refunds on overly used products.
Please note that products purchased through the Website may not be returned or exchanged at retail / other web locations that sell Seraphine Botanicals.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES :
We’re thrilled to now share our botanically-infused treats with beauty lovers all over the world! 💌 While we do our best to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, sometimes things can happen in transit.
If you receive a damaged item, or if you’d like to return or exchange a product from an international order, we’ll gladly issue you store credit for the value of the item(s). This credit can be used toward any future purchase with us and never expires, giving you the freedom to pick something you truly love when the time is right.
If there was a problem with your order, please email us within 28 days of purchase, include a photo of the product and your original receipt, and our team will guide you through the quick and easy process.
We’re unable to offer direct refunds or cover international return shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.
